In Fran's dream where Niles was Maxwell and Maxwell was Niles, Fran says it's been 22 years since she started working there. Then "Maxwell" says that he's concerned about the children. Fran says that Gracie is 40. But if it's been 22 years, that would mean Gracie would have been 18 when Fran started working there.
In the scenes where Fran and Max walk around London, pay attention and you'll notice that Fran's coat is on and off all the time (and whenever it's off no one is holding it).
C.C.: (sarcastically about Niles' obvious hair dye job) Smart, doing it gradually so no one would notice.
Niles: Same way you became a woman.
Val: It's spring, Fran. Everyone gets a little hot and bothered. You know, the Discovery Channel says it affects all living orgasms.
C.C.: (about Maxwell) What's he doing in London?
Niles: One would hope Miss Fine.
Niles: I need a reward. I just skated my butt off! (Starts to skate off)
Val: (To Fran) Not really.
Niles: How does Mr. Sheffield keep in shape?
Fran: Running from commitment.
