Niles: Are you worried about your position? Fran: (Crosses her legs) Oh Niles, you dog, you! Niles: In the household, Miss Fine. Fran: What, I'm worried some woman's going to come in and make the kids lunch and take em to school? I don't do that.

Fran: You took off you wedding ring! Maxwell: How could you tell that? My bloody hand's in my pocket. Fran: I can spot a man without a wedding ring a mile away! (Looks out the door) There's one. There's another... and another one! What the hell am I doing in here?

Niles: I finally talked him out of the leather pants. Then I spent the next hour getting him out of the leather pants. Fran: It took you an hour to get pants off a man? Next time try wearing a little Chanel No. 5 and a tube top.

Fran: Oh my God! Maxwell: What? Another rat? Fran: Worse. There's an echo in here. I just heard my own voice.

(Maxwell & Fran are trapped in an elevator in pitch black)
Maxwell: It's gonna be okay, Miss Fine. What are you doing?
Fran: I'm looking for the emergency phone!
Maxwell: That's... not... it...
Fran: Oh. Well then, I'd better not stop talking into it.

Sydney: I just assumed, you're over 30, never been married and there's no man in your life.
