When Fran is wandering around the studio looking for a restroom, she mutters a song she makes up to the tune of the Bonanza theme song. Fran mutters, "Meanwhile, where do ya pee?", but the closed caption says, "Grandma will get paid."

Fran tells Mr. Sheffield's mother that she has been living with him for three years, but she has actually only been living there for two.
Watch closely: right in the beginning of the episode when Fran goes to the kitchen to pick Mrs. Sheffield gift, she turns right, but the kitchen is on the left! There's nothing on the right, only the backstage.
In the scene where Fran faints you can see the belt display shake and move around behind Mr. Sheffield. It's as if she was moving around and bumped it a few times.

In the episode Frannie's Choice (#121), Fran was getting married to her old boyfriend Danny, and the children got sad and angry because they knew Fran was going to leave them. In this episode Fran tells the kids that Dr. Kimble asked her to marry him, and they don't seem to mind at all. Actually they seem to be happy about it, and Maggie even asks if she can be a bridesmaid.
In the last scene Alex asks Fran her response. Fran starts to tell a long story and mentions Giza. Alex asks if that's her responds and she says no and continues. He gets upset and then she finally tells the answer which is Alexandria. However, in Final Jeopardy, Alex should not have asked her what her response was, he could have just looked at what she wrote down. In fact, in Final Jeopardy, the contestants do not say anything because Alex can just look at their responses.
In the last scene Fran calls the Jeopardy people about her missing box of Rice-a-Roni. But look closely and you'll notice that by the end of the scene she has all 6 boxes.
