      • Maxwell: I am not losing my hair!
Niles: Oh, of course not, sir! It's thick, and luxurious, and does that great flippy thing on the front.
Maxwell: Can it, Niles. I'm not in the mood for cheap flattery.
Niles: Oh, I'm sorry, sir. I was just thinking it's looking like Pierce Brosnan's.
Maxwell: Oh, really? You know, a couple of people told me that.
Niles: But, you know, I think Miss Fine made up that your hair is thinning because you weren't sympathetic to her problem.
Maxwell: That's because she doesn't have a bloody problem! Look, Niles, she's a young, beautiful woman. What do I have to do to convince her she's desirable?
Niles: Oh, sir, I'm sure you'll think of something. (he starts to spray cologne on Maxwell) I mean, after all, you're a man. She's a woman. Fill in the blanks. The children are at school. She's lying on the sofa. And, if all else fails, (he sprays some breath freshener in Maxwell's mouth) what would Pierce Brosnan do?

      • Fran: I mean, we're talking about mean, back-stabbing, vicious women.
Maxwell: Then why are you going?
        Fran: Because they're my friends.

      • Maxwell: Do you know why I'm successful? Anyone can throw on a revival, drag out some old musical. But people want to do business with me because I'm... well... cute! Big, bushy hair, English accent. I'm a one-man mop-top British invasion!
        Fran: Down, Ringo!

      • Maxwell: Well how about calling a bloody plumber to find out what is clogging it.
Niles: What do you think is clogging it, Sir? Just off the top of your head.

      • Fran: (To Gracie) Let's put it this way...when your 20, I'll be 40. When your 30, I'll be 40, and when your 40, you'll understand why I'm still 40!

      • (Fran and Maxwell come home from the reunion, C.C. pops up from the couch and the fake mustache, goatee and eyebrows that Niles painted on her are clearly visible)
C.C.: Maxwell! Maxwell: C.C., what on Earth...
C.C.: What? I wasn't waiting up for you two to get home! I just stopped by... after the...
        Niles: Theatre.
        C.C.: Yes! Where I saw...
        Niles: Victor/Victoria.
C.C.: Right. Well, I have to run, I have a date.
Fran: I hope it's in the village!
