It is so disappointing to see just how little respect a show this funny really gets. This is a show which gets the least promotion of the CBS comedies and is asked to somehow lead and run a new comedy line-up. And because it is so damn funny it really should be able to.

This episode had the best comedic pair on television at their best - Julia and Wanda involved in marriage. They were both so perfect with each other I couldn't believe how funny it was. Matthew, as always, was great and Richard pitched in some worthy laughs as well.

It seems as if Marly and Lindsay have dropped from series regular to cameo stars! They haven't had a strong storyline in over a season and they are one of the funniest parts of the show. It is SO great to see them develop but they did nothing with it. Hopefully they do more.

Wanda and Julia - you made some of the most entertaining and hilarious scenes on television and for that I am completely ecstatic about this season.moreless

I am speechless right now. Since it just ended, I can not say how much I loved this episode! I laughed like every two seconds. I actually really like the idea of Christine and Barb getting married. I think that it is good because it's something that the show hasn't even touched before. And that means BRAND NEW storylines and ALL NEW LAUGHS!!

I am so excited for this season! This episode was one billion percent better than the third season. I also love knowing that this season it is a FULL season order. It sucked that the last season was only nine episodes.

ANYWAY. THIS episode IS A CLASSIC!.moreless
  • Barb and Christine get married, Richard proposes to New Christine.

The New Adventures Of Old Christine is the definition of a hit or miss show. Sometimes you find yourself slapping your knee in laughter (well, not literally), and other times you find yourself wondering how this show did not fall victim to the Seinfeld curse. Reading the episode preview I thought this would be the latter, but instead it was the former.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus is an overrated television personality, but she did have some funny lines here. Her chemistry with Wanda Sykes is excellent and the two bring out the best in each other. The desperate housewives Marly and Lindsay were funny here to.

One of the interesting things about this episode was how they tackled a major issue such as gay marriage. They found a way to turn a serious issue into something that we can laugh at, something shows like It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia excels at.

I was not sure if this show would still give me laughs, but it turned out to be a really entertaining half hour.moreless

I loved this episode! Christine's underwear fell down! LMAO! Yay! The meanie-moms are both pregnant! Christine explains the gay marriage to Ritchie and Barb says, "They're gonna take him away from you." LMAO! Christine says for the wedding she wants a nice dress and she tells Barb she can wear a pants suit. Matthew became a minister online to meet girls. Richard proposes to New Christine several times, but never in the perfect way. Christine tells Barb that if they don't get married, Barb will back to the Bahamas and braid white girls' hair. LMAO! Pete is remarrying Barb! Christine says, "I will not cry..." LMAO! Perfect episode!moreless
