  • Despite the slew of questionable low-ratings that came in even before this episode was aired, this was a turning-point in the series as Old Christine and Daniel (Blair Underwood) appear to end their relationship.moreless

Christine's hectic schedule is causing her relationship with Daniel to fail. It was a logical conclusion to this episode that this couldn't go any further without it ending (with some very bittersweet acting, dialogue and a few good laughs). Barb (Wanda Sykes - who I have never been a big fan of) had numerous funny, well-delivered lines and Matthew (as usual) has most of the best one-liners and comebacks. The show must be heading in a new direction after this one - at least as far as Christine being 'single' again, and it may be just in time to end this misbegotten, strike-shrouded season on a hopeful note for next year. Still no word whether this show will be renewed. Guess they have a couple of episodes to seal the deal - one way or the other. (p.s. - thought Julia Louis-Dreyfuss was actually crying as she broke up with Underwood. Makes you wonder if there were behind the scenes issues that caused this plot-line to head in this direction).moreless
  • Christine and Mr. Harris are having a hard time finding time to date because of Christine's job and commitment to Ritchie.

This was a great episode, as usual. I love how well written the character of (old)Christine is. She's never disappointed me with her crazy idiotic plans i.e. changing clothes in the car with her whole family in the car on the expressway. Seriously, who does those things... no one. And that's what makes it so funny. I love Barb as well, her and Christine are the perfect as best friends. Hell, everyone in that whole "family" is great together. The ending of this episode was a bit sad considering how much (old)Christine liked Mr. Harris, but the ending with (new)Christine was hilarious.moreless
  • Christine's constant busy schedule has her and Daniel's relationship on the ropes. Things don't get easier when she can't make the one night Mr. Harris needed her to attend.

Best of the season by far. The episode had an exceptional blend of drama, comedy and development as I kept wondering what would happen next. I though Christine was at her best, Barb was hilarious and New Christine in the final scene was brilliant. The whole thing with Barb's anger in this episode had me laughing the whole way through. The episode developed very smoothly and every scene had something to laugh at. All in all, the episode had some of the best writing ever, definitely the best characters ever and it was great to see some sentimental near the end.moreless
  • An episode with a lot of laughter and a little drama. This is the reason why I watch this show. It sets an example for a magnificant traditional sitcom. CBS won't cancel this.... It was good to see Wanda Sykes back again. This makes the show really great.moreless

This show just keeps getting better and better! It was sad to see Christine and Mr. Harris break-up. It had a "very special episode" kind of feeling. Hopefully, they'll get back together. Blair Underwood might not be in it that much due to Dirty Sexy Money. Enough drama, let's look at the funny parts now. The end was hilarious though. The parts with Barb and Mr. Harris were funny. It's a little funny that they hate each other. Also, the parts when Matthew thought Christine was going to "say something else" was the most funniest part. The show is progressing! YAY!moreless
