Aired Saturday 9:30 AM Sep 23, 1972 on CBS

  • Trivia

    • Velma complained that she didn't have a skeleton key to open a locked door, and was happy that Scooby was able to crash through the door so the gang could get through. However, later on, when the gang found yet another locked door, Velma used a hairpin to unlock it. Why didn't she use a hairpin to unlock the first locked door?

    • After eating the iguana's bath water, Scooby's face turns green and he is shown running into the next room holding his mouth. However, once he gets into the other room, his face is no longer green and he's no longer sick.

      Morticia: It's an octopus!
Gomez: What luck. (The octopus pulls him off the log) It's got me! It's got me! (Laughs joyfully before it pulls him down into the water)
Morticia: Oh, it takes so little to make him happy. (Gomez pops out of the water and drops back onto the log) Gomez, what happened?
Gomez: Darn it! I got away.
