Norm builds a Mahogany butler's table fashioned after one he viewed at a Gothic Revival house in Newport, Rhode Island. He uses biscuit joinery and glues the boards together to create the tray, the rails are connected to the base with mortise and tenon joints, and a molding head cutter is used on the table saw to create decorative bead on the rails. Norm also demonstrates how to mount the tray's special hinges. The butler's table dimensions are 17" high x 31" wide x 42" long.moreless
