    The finalists join Guy Fieri in an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Then they must throw a 4th of July Food Festival that celebrates all-American foods. But that's not all. The festival will include the finalists' first live cooking demo.
  • Dinner Party for Wolfgang Puck
    It's time for midterms, when the finalists must cook their signature dish and include everything they have learned so far. Afterward, there is no rest for the wicked, or the angelic, because Wolfgang Puck drops by the finalists' house for an impromptu dinner party and one lucky person will get an impromptu cooking lesson.moreless
  • In the Line of Fire

    It is a day of unhappy surprises as the finalists create pizzas that encompass their points-of-view, only to be told one of the finalists won't proceed to the Star Challenge. Then the Star Challenge is an early run-in with an all-star Food Network panel—in front of which they must cook!
