Presentation is today's theme, and the finalists will travel to "the oldest theme park in America" for a live demo. There, in the famous Ghost Town, they will create their take on classic American food combos, after which they must demonstrate the dishes to a 400-person audience. The question is, can each finalist demo the food, make the presentation engaging while tying-in their point of view, and make an edible dish.
