In the episode "The Dawn Patrol", it's pretty much a done deal that the Nana is going to be there for graduation. But in this episode, she's not there. Since there was two tickets per student available, there certainly was a seat available.
When Marissa is saying goodbye to everyone after swimming in the pool of the model home, it is daylight. When she & Ryan leave it is night & very dark. How come it got so dark so quickly?
Goof: When Sandy is talking to Kirsten in the kitchen, at one point when he is talking it is obvious that his face isn't moving at all.
Goof: It makes absolutely no sense that Heather is randomly with Volchok now. Marissa saved her from being raped by Volchok's friends back in "The Dawn Patrol".
It is possible that Heather does not remember this happening since she was drugged at the time.
Goof: When the kids went to the model home, steam was coming off of the pool, insinuating that the heating was on in the house. However, in a house that isn't being rented/hasn't been bought, it's unlikely that they would keep the heating on in the house let alone the pool.
When Kaitlin's roommate, Hadley, says "Dad! I told you to stay away from the message board!", she is actually making an inside joke about Josh Schwart, the series' creator and executive producer, who is addicted to message boards, as said on the DVD's extras, especially to know the fans' opinions about episodes on the show.
When the kids get to prom and Seth says "This is the cave from Goonies" he´s referring to the 1985 American adventure-comedy film "The Goonies". Its DVD is also one of the items in the identical gifts he prepares for Anna and Summer in the first season's Chrismukkah.
