  • the fight of the Felix, is more of a one on one episode than the first one, which brings out more from the 2 main cast members, in terms of performance and comedymoreless

    8.0
the basic plot for this episode revolves around Felix trying to defend Oscar\'s honor, to prevent him from writting a bad article about a big hockey player that beats Oscar up, because he came on to his girlfriend.

this one has some great comedy in it. the scene with Oscar and the gym maintenance guy is great. the weights dialogue is great, and the whole referee bit is perfectly executed

you can also see here Felix\'s neuroses by bringing his own towel to the gym, and later by picking on the ring measurements.

of course at the end of the day, after the differences have been settled Felix still wants 4 dollars for the watch Splint broke, and of course an apology, which drives Oscar madder and madder.

this one has some great Tony Randall comedy, the best moments come from him no doubt. but it\'s also funny to watch Oscar going along with Felix fight and his endless number of neuroses, and regretting it each time, because Felix drives him (and everybody else) crazy.

the bit I didn\'t like in this is the fact that felix was a boxing champion during his college days. it seems a bit out of character, and frankly very hard to believe (at least for me). other than that this is a fine early example of \"odd couple\" comedy, before all that guest stars that came in week after week during the last few yearsmoreless
