This is officially the worst 'Office' episode ever. I repeat - the worst office episode ever. For one reason, it wasn't funny though the writers have done their desperate best to fit in some lines here and there. I have always noticed that even the most mediocre episodes have some bit of balancing out. For instance, if Michael's part doesn't do well, there is always a Jim-Dwight sequence that makes up for it. And at the end of the day, most of us are happy. The highlight of this installment would include how most of us would have felt sorry for Michael. He continues to be a jerk, who no one cares about. The other characters apparently dwell in their own worlds, lending pretty much nothing to the main plot. I guess the writers are out of ideas. Its sad, seriously, very sad. I hope the show doesn't spiral down and get axed eventually.moreless

When I was watching this, I felt as if this show had lost it's way a bit. Does anyone really care about Jan & her baby? I felt like I was watching a drama series for some reason. From Jan telling Michael not to date Holly without giving explanation to Jim & Pam missing each other.

I think the only laugh out loud moment was Michael yelling at Phyllis or Jan singing about losing her virginity next to a church to her newborn baby, those were the only two scenes, the rest was just okay, not that much laughter from this episode.

Instead we've got drama that most of us fans don't even care about which wasn't the case in season 3 with the Jim and Pam thing, people cared about that, now here we are, years later, and Pam & Jim's plot is the most uninteresting.moreless

good. not as good as the previous two episodes but still good. Jan has a baby named astird and michael isnt there to witness the birthing process. Dwight tests a 1200 dollar stroller to see if its indestructible, jan sings to a baby for a half hour, and pam and jim have the usual dramatic thing at the end. The whole stroller thing was funny as hell. And the watermelon birth is a classic office moment. Another funny moment is when jan sings to the baby and makes everybody watch for a half hour and she describes the afterbirth floating around in the tub she gave birth in. In conclusion, a good not great episodemoreless

  • So, so weird!

This is episode is probably the weirdest one in the series. Michael and Jan have a baby. Jan gives birth to the baby, but Michael is not there to see it, or "mark" the baby (Dwight tells Michael to mark the baby with a permanent marker right when Jen gives birth so that they know it's their baby). In the beginning of the episode, Dwight gives birth to a watermelon. They throw a baby shower for Michael, not knowing that Jan already gave birth. The gift for Jan and Michael from the office is a cheap baby stroller. Jen already owns a baby stroller that costs 1,000 dollars. Meanwhile, Dwight tests how durable Jen's baby stroller is.
Very great episode. Funny. I really reccomend it!moreless

Michael was completely in character throughout this entire episode. No wonder Jan caught on to his crush on Holly. He was completely mean to her everything she came around Jan. I felt a bit sorry for Holly at times, I could till her feelings were hurt by Michael's comments. It was even sweeter when she said...

"So your still gonna be mean to be"

Then he hugged her. I got to say that hug was unexpected and it made me love this couple even further. Jim and Pam proved how much being apart wasn't meant for them. Dwight was hilarious as usual... a brilliant installment. It did amaze me though, that as soon as Jan told him not to see Holly, he still went ahead anyway... that was why that hug was so unexpected. I loved this installment, Holly gave it that extra spicing up it needed. Jan was typically mean as usual... still in character. What made this episode was Holly-Michael scenes and Dwight-baby carriage scenes...HILARIOUS!
