The tunnels are unstable. And a 40-foot piece of concrete fell from the ceiling, killing a women. Bill called the Big Dig a criminal enterprise.

The Most Ridiculous Item of the Day: Last year, Whole Foods grocery chain said the traditional lobster tank was not nice and gave the lobsters awaiting the pot individual areas in which to relax. And last week Whole Foods said they're not going to sell any more live lobsters because it is against the chain's humane policies.

The Most Ridiculous Item of the Day: Judge Patrick Carroll has ruled that Lewis the Cat can continue to live but can never leave the house again. No comment from Lewis, even though he has his own page on MySpace.com.
