Capable of self learning but haunted by her programmed capacity to kill, Mona escapes the confines of the laboratory and disappears into the night. Circumstance introduces her to Teddy, a tough, disillusioned woman. An unlikely alliance is formed between the two as she helps Mona evade capture. The beginning shows Mona Lisa 37X, an android, in a demonstration of what she was made to do: be the perfect killing machine. Good thing it wasn't a real human she destroyed, just an android copy. Mona is somehow able to overcome her programming and escape into the world. She meets Teddy Madden, a repo woman who is searching for her kidnapped daughter. When the two meet, there is a mixture of emotions when Mona's true nature is discovered. Finally, the two come to an understanding of the other's true nature and hit the road together to escape Mona's pursuers. This is an episode that begs the question of whether or not a machine can truly think and feel like a human being. Teddy, at first, is a good example of what a human being is capable of when they're afraid of something they don't understand. When we open our hearts and minds to what is new and extraordinary, wonderful things can happen.moreless
