The Outsider

Show Summary

The Outsider showed David Ross as not the stereotyped glamorous private detective. He did not make a lot of money. He lived in a run-down Los Angeles apartment building and drove a beat-up 10 year-old car. He was a loner who never finished high school and had been orphaned as a small child. As an adult he served six years in prison on a trumped-up murder charge, before being pardoned. In short Ross had found the world a very unfriendly place and considered himself an "outsider".
