How is it that Skipper, a hardened 'solider' penguin was knocked out by the falling metal covering, but Marlene was not only not knocked out but wasn't even in any pain?
Also, penguins can hold their breath longer then ottors, so Skipper shouldn't have been in as much danger as he was made out to be in.
When the "Moon cat" says "It's time to eat!" He has a fork and a knife in both hands. Later when he makes the knocking sound on the side of the box,the fork and knife dissapear.

Kowalski says it is physically impossible to 'listen to your gut'. However, this is not true. You can hear your 'gut' rumble when your hungry or have an upset stomach.
