Sell Up or Pay Up
Simmons v. Johl

The company didn't make money and the plaintiff wants her to pay him her share of the losses. The defendant claims that the plaintiff is a liar and doesn't even have a business license. She was only an employee and shouldn't have to pay anything. The defendant filed a $5000 countersuit for lost wages.
