The plaintiff claims that the defendant and him went into a company together and she didn’t sell like she should have. The company didn't make money and the plaintiff wants her to pay him her share of the losses. The defendant claims that the plaintiff is a liar and doesn't even have a business license. She was only an employee and shouldn't have to pay anything. The defendant filed a $5000 countersuit for lost wages.
