    Can Penelope Pitstop fight? When The Hooded Claw grabs her she never trys to get away. Why didn't she kick him or punch him? They make her look a damsel in distress.

    She is quite smart, but I don't think she would be able to fight, even if she wanted to. Remember, Penelope is supposed to be a damsel in distress, but unlike the other damsels in distress, she is able to come put with ideas to get out of messes.
