Perry's guests are singer Burl Ives, ventriloquist Edgar Bergen, dancer Ann Miller and piano duo Ferrante and Teicher.

Highlights:
Edgar Bergen with Charlie McCarthy who is still looking for a glamorous date.
Burl Ives joins Perry in folk songs.
Ann Miller makes a splash with "Madame Crimatone" surround by a troup of male dancers.
Perry solos with "There Goes My Heart" and "I'm Sitting On Top of the World".
Ferrante & Teicher perform two original compostions: 1)Va-Va Voom and 2) African Echoes. BOTH performances featured Ferrante & Teicher performing on their twin 9' Steinways and included their "gimmicks". The pianos were stuffed full of wedges, chains, metal and masonite strips....all adding strange sound effects as they played. They commonly referred to this as their "Prepared-pianos".
