Impeach Fuzz: It's campaign time - and this time the Mayor will have to fight for his title. When Fuzzy Lumpkins tells the Mayor to shut up, he touches a nerve with Townsville. Pretty soon, it's Lumpkin's turn in City Hall, and the Mayor's out on his head. As they chase Fuzzy's squealing pig around his office, the Girls come to the conclusion that Townsville has elected someone even more inept than the Mayor to run the city. Mayor agrees to wrestle Fuzzy for his old job. And his hat. The Mayor takes a hillbilly beating and even with some lightning-quick help form the Girls, things look bleak. Until Fuzzy dons the Mayor's hat, that is, and the real Mayor shows us a few wrestling moves of his own.moreless

The talking dog in the "Impeach Fuzzy" episode is a lot like Brian from Family Guy.
In "Cat Man Do," when Kitty falls from the tower, there wasn't a tree at the bottom until it appears as Kitty lands in it.
Kitty is smiling when he falls off the building.
In "Cat Man Do," after the Professor shuts the Girls door with Kitty in it, the next scene shows the Professor in his lab, and then Kitty shows up. But how did Kitty get out?
Kitty is unusually strong in "Cat Man Do," since he is able to walk around, while Bubbles is sitting on him.
In "Cat Man Do," the Powerpuff bedsheet is arranged so that Buttercup's side is on the left, and Bubbles' side is on the right. However, when they are sleeping, they switch.
In "Cat Man Do," in the Professor's lab, the machine's shadow shows that the Cats-eye jewel is already in, but they didn't steal it yet.
Blossom lets Bubbles answer the phone, even though she didn't let her in "Insect Inside."
In "Impeach Fuzz," Miss Bellum said the Mayor never had competition, but in "Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins," there was a different Mayor.
Professor Utonium: I remember when I brought a dog to my parents, and do you know what they said?
Powerpuff Girls: They said yes?
Professor Utonium: They said NOOOOO!!!!!!!
Bubbles: But you don't understand.
Professor Utonium: And why don't I understand?
Blossom: Well, there was this mad man and he has a ray gun.
Buttercup: Yeah, and we were punching and kicking, and then the cops came.
Bubbles: And the whole place started to fall apart.
Bubbles: Do you think we'll be able to keep him?
Blossom: If the Professor says we can.
Buttercup: No way! We're not keeping that stinking fleabag, 'cause I'm gonna end up feeding it and cleaning it and loving it.
Kitty: Hey, help! I'm stuck in a tree! HELP!
Narrator: Oh, be quiet, you bad kitty. If you were me, I guess you will be barking up the... I mean, meowing at th... Oh, well.
Kitty: Sorry about the interruption. Is everything ready for tonight?
Professor: Yes, Master.
Kitty: Purrrrrr-fect.
Bubbles: Wake up!
(Blossom and Buttercup do so)
Blossom: What is it?
Bubbles: The Catseye Jewel's been stolen!
Blossom: Again?!
Buttercup: I thought we took care of that guy.
Bubbles: Wait! What if the cat is really the bad guy, and he put the Professor under a hypnotic trance and made the Professor build this evil machine, and then they stole the jewel to power the machine, and then they're gonna use it to hypnotize all the people, so that the cats can rise up and take over Townsville?!?!
Buttercup: Bubbles, if we didn't have to stick through your ridiculous ramblings, we'd be halfway to solving this crime!
Bubbles: Oh. Well, then, let's go.
Narrator: (as the girls take off) Oh, Bubbles, you don't know how right you are, for at this very moment, a Cat-tastrophe is about to befall... The City of Townsville.
Bubbles, Blossom, & Buttercup: (opening the door) Professor?
Professor Utonium: (shocked) Girls! (pushes the girls out of the lab) I know I haven't told you, but the laboratory is now off limits, bye! (slams lab door)
Bubbles: (to Blossom & Buttercup after seeing the professor and Kitty on the rooftop) Ha! I told you!
Bubbles: (to the cat) You're the most cutest kitty in the whole world. Yes, you are. And to think that mean old man had you all to himself. (to Blossom & Buttercup) Do you think we'll be able to keep him?
Blossom: If the Professor says we can.
Buttercup: (playing with her yo-yo) No way. We're not keeping that stinky fleabag because I'm gonna end up feeding it and cleaning it and loving it.
(the cat takes her yo-yo and starts playing with it)
Blossom, Bubbles, & Buttercup: Awwwww.
Fuzzy: Get off of my-- Huh? (sees a newspaper showing that Fuzzy wins)
Professor Utonium: No! None of you can hold Kitty!
Blossom: The cat's in the bag. Or it will be once the Professor sees this breakfast we made for him.
Professor Utonium: (entering with cat) We can keep Kitty!
(Bubbles starts bawling)
Blossom: (demanding) Why?!
Buttercup: (kicking over stack of pancakes) I knew it!!
All 3 Girls: (hold this tableau for another second, then suddenly...) What did you say?
Professor Utonium: We can keep Kitty.
Mayor: Vote for Mayor for Mayor.
Narrator: The city of Townsville -- a city of growth and prosperity. A city run by one man, a man of strength and integrity. Yes, this city, our city, run by the Mayor.
(In a wrestling match)
Mayor: Get up here, Professor, and show Fuzzy what for.
(Professor is punched out and taken out of the ring)
Mayor: Thanks a lot.
Mayor: FUZZY!! You can throw away my things, and I don't mind the hay on the floor, and the chicken wire's a nice touch, and I kinda like that beat-up old flivver. But no one, I mean no one, wears my mayorin' hat! Now give it back!
First close-up shot of Ms. Bellum's barefeet.
We learn that the Mayor has a cat.
Look Hard: When the Professor was hypnotized, he had the same color of eyes as the cat.
We learn that the Professor brought a puppy home to keep when he was little, but his parents told him he couldn't have it.
This is the first time we see Ms. Bellum in her different clothes.
Fuzzy's cousins appear in "Impeach Fuzz" when they are wrestling The Mayor.
Running Gag: Bubbles stating the obvious intentions of Kitty.
The moves that Mayor use to finish off Fuzzy is The Superfly Splash, used by legendary wrestler Jimmy Snuka. This can be seen from the hand gesture that the Mayor shows before he jumps.
Villain(s): Kitty & Fuzzy Lumpkins.
Mayor's campaign speech is just a collection of stuff ripped off from other politicos: MLK, our founding fathers, and the Kennedy-esque "Ich bin ein Townsviller," which is German for "I am a Townsviller."
Mark "Luke Skywalker" Hamill is the voice of Kitty.
This marks as the second episode in which Fuzzy says, "Get off my property!"
The Professor mentions this episode in a later episode, "Keen on Keane."
