There is no global coordinate that matches 32 degrees north Latitude by 212 degrees Longitude, because there is no Longitude line that "high." The "highest" line of Longitude is 180 degrees (the International Date Line), which is exactly on the opposite side of the globe as the Greenich Meridian Line. Of course, this may have been done to keep Townville's location where it belongs - in the realm of fantasy.

Him apparently forgets to give the Girls a time limit to defeat the monster.
