  • Mayor goes nuts; The family steals.

Hot Air Buffoon: Well I loved this short, and it was great installation to season three. First of all, my favorite chracter, Ms. Bellum is in this episode and she is so caring for the professor! I love her! She is also very funny in this epsiode. I like how we see the mayor's true colors.

Ploys 'R Us: Sort of a reuse recylced plot. Didn't Blossom already learn this lesson when she was stealing back in season two? She said sorry, and does it again? That is so not Blossom. Anyways, other than that I like how the Professor teaches the girls not to steal ever again... again.moreless

Mayor: (while attacking everyone and laughing maniacally) Bwah hah hah hah hah! This town is clean!

    • Narrator: Oh Mayor, what would Townsville do without you... probably be a lot better off.

    • Buttercup: Go away, sun.
      Bubbles: Just five more minutes?

    • Mayor: It's time to seize the helm, baby!
Ms. Bellum: Erm... do you want me to leave for that?

    • Blossom: Imagine! The Professor -- a thief!
Buttercup: A criminal living in our house this whole time!
Bubbles: Stop it! Just stop it! This is our Professor you're talking about! Haven't you heard of "innocent until proven guilty"?
(As she says this, Professor is shown walking by the door)
      Blossom & Buttercup: Look!
      (Bubbles watches Professor go)
Bubbles: That good-for-nothing crook! Follow him!

    • Narrator: The city of Tow --
Mayor: Never mind all that hoo-hah! I got an emergency!

    • Mayor: (Feeding a baby doll) Mama loves you.

    • Buttercup: What's wrong with him?
      Bubbles: Is he dead?
Buttercup: No, dummy. The dead don't walk.
Bubbles: Not unless... HE'S A ZOMBIE!!
Blossom: No, Bubbles. I think he's a somnambulist.
      Bubbles: HE'S A SOMNAMBULIST!!

    • Blossom: That was close.
      Buttercup: Almost too close.
      Bubbles: Maybe we better quit.
      Blossom: Yeah.
      (Long reflective pause)
      Girls: Naaah!

    • Cop: Mr. Giuseppe was just about to tell us what was stolen.
Store Owner: Well, let's see... a Learn & Listen, a Dr. Dee Dee, some jacks... a glove, a skateboard, and a how-you-say joopy-joop... a pogo stick, and many, many, many dolls.
      Cop: Is that all?
Bubbles: THAT'S NOT EVEN HALF OF IT!
      (Everyone looks at Bubbles)
      Blossom: Uh... Powerpuff telepathy?

    • Larry: Hi. I'm Larry, the shivering chipmunk. Brrr! I'm cold. I need a sweater.

    • Blossom: We knew it was the Professor.
      Bubbles: But all the toys!
      Buttercup: And we couldn't stop!
      Bubbles: And all the toys!
Blossom: And now he's... he's... GONE!
Professor Utonium: Not exactly. Now he's covered with fake bullet-suction thingies.

    • Mayor: Oh, well, no harm done... physical, that is. The toys are paid for, and you girls can keep them all.
      Buttercup: Cool!
      Bubbles: Yay!
Blossom: No, girls, it wouldn't be right. We don't deserve them.
Mayor: Then I guess I'll have to take them.
Blossom: And give them to charity?
Mayor: Heck, no! For me! I've always wanted a Beefy Betty.
Narrator: Whoo! T.M.I., Mr. Mayor! Too much information!
