The results of Chemical X are extremely inconsistant throughout the show. When mixed with the components of girls and boys, it creates super-powered humans. When mixed with monkeys and apes, it makes them super-intelligent. When drunken by humans, it makes them into monsters.
The fake clone Buttercup that Dick said was too perfect looked like the real Buttercup.
Bubbles: I feel weird about lying to the Professor.
Blossom: A little white lie is okay. Besides, it'll all turn out good 'cause we're good.
Bubbles: And more of us will only be gooder.
Buttercup: Yeah, good.
Blossom: And Professor Dick is good, right? And he's only interested in good and goodness.
(All start to nod)
Blossom: Good?
Bubbles: Good.
Blossom: Good?
Buttercup: Good.
Blossom: Good?
Powerpuff Girls: Good night.
Bubbles Clone: Let's be friends.
Blossom Clone: Prepare to be stomped!
Buttercup Clone: Girl power!
Professor Utonium: "Girl power"? Since when did you start saying "girl power"?
Buttercup: (Laughing nervously) I always say that... girl power?
Professor Utonium: But wait... when were you in New York?
Bubbles: Hey! We've never been to New York.
Blossom: Shhh!
Villain(s): Professor Dick Hardly.
Wally Gator is seen in this episode.
This episode contains some of the most consistently funny and most filth-ridden proclamations of a name in the series' history ("Professor DICK," "Dick is good, right?"), it's hard to grasp how they possibly got away with that...
This episode proves that the Powerpuff Girls have never left Townsville (except for that one time they almost moved to Citysville).
At the end of this episode, all of the fake Powerpuff Girls despite some of them looking very ugly, did a very heroic thing and blew themselves up to destroy Dick after he became a monster.
The last episode to use regular cell animation (although, it was aired later).
Buttercup Clone: Girl Power!
"Girl Power" is a famous rallying cry for the British Pop group, the Spice Girls.
Robots: Appearance
When the knockoff PPGs save Japan, the three giant robots standing remorsefully over the scenery resemble Ultraman, Mazinger Z, and Getter Robo (the former, a famous Japanese superhero, and the latter two are famous anime robots featured in Mattel's Shogun Warriors collection), the features of which are mixed around, looking like mixed-up knockoffs themselves.
