      • Matt and Walt plan to expose the assassin posing as a student by checking pulses in class. Anyone from Quadris would be twelve beats per minute. But the assassin (had this one been unrobotic) would have been one of the invaders and not Quadrian. It could have had any pulse, or none at all. Edit

      • The speeding bus footage was a combination of the film shot in the pilot and only new video was needed of the interior of the bus. A few students were wearing the tacky jackets worn in the pilot to match up the scenes. Edit
      • During the filming of a stunt for this episode, Peter Barton was badly burned by a magnesium flare. Production of the series had to be halted for several months while Peter recovered, and the debut of the series was delayed for a year. Edit
