Apparently attorney Adam Dawson has switched sides since his last appearance from the episode titled Axe Murderer when he was a D.A.
It is noted that in the episode End Games, that Kendall is in the background during the opening scene. Kendall doesn't have any other appearance in the episode and did not have any speaking lines. The scene is actually when Leonard runs in and throws drugs at Ellenor, which is how the police were able to set her up and arrest her. Ellenor's arrest, although bogus, was a line of questioning that Sharon's lawyer tries to use against Eugene's line of work and how it affects Kendall.
It seems odd at first that Billie Thomas was given a credit for End Games, but was barely seen. It turns out to be an interesting trivia piece that does become important later on.
Eugene: (To Kendall) She's doing what she thinks is best. She loves you, just like I do. We just disagree on what's best.
Bobby: Like I said, these kinds of fights, you don't win by holding back. Eugene, now it's my turn. I don't want to hold back. Anything you got on her that I can use now is the time to tell me. I'm friends with Sharon. I don't want to go after her. But if you want your son back, I have no real choice. And you have to help me.
Bobby: You can't lose control. You can't seem erratic or volatile. You have to remain calm in that chair.
Eugene: That's a little easier said than done.
Bobby: You'll do it because of the stakes. You'll do it.
Rebecca: This isn't fair.
Judge Swackheim: And you're problem, young lady, is that you think justice is fair.
Kelli Williams does not appear in this episode.
Paul Dooley has guest starred in DEK's Ally McBeal in another role.
