      • This episode introduces us to Adam Arkin playing Atty. Albert Ginsberg. He becomes one of Alan's great Nemesis and he continues the same character into Boston Legal. But for some reason DEK changes his name in BL to Douglas Kupfer when it is obvious the same character. In BL Adam Arkin even refers to this Practice episodes when "he crossed swords before with Mr. Shore in private practice."
        Why the name change is a great mystery to TP and BL fans.
