    any one else tired of... ( now its cool for contestants, to win); or


    to be in audience - to see these celeb's but any one else getting


    TIRED of these goof ball cameo's and shameless self promotions


    tying into the showcase-showdown. . are they cool ?? i guess -


    but less would be more - its never an "A" list -celeb- and


    it just seems cheesey - ( going out on a limb here) but "BOB"


    would raaaarely do this ( chuck norris made a cameo) but thats


    all i can think of -

    They're all gimmicks used to attempt to increase viewership. I hate them, as well. They detract from the game play and add nothing to the show.

    By the way, the Showcase Showdown is the part where they spin the wheel. You're thinking of the actual Showcase round.
