The Proud Family is about And African American girl named Penny who is now going through the teenage years. She has to balance school, family and friends. But, the family member who gets on Penny's case is (her father)Oscar. He is always worried about where she has been, what she has been doing and at what time. The other family members are (the mother)Trudy, (the grandmother) Sugamoma, (the baby twins) Bebe and Cece and don't forget (the dog) Puff, they are more understanding then Oscar. Now Penny just has to survive the crazy teenage and family problems in her life.moreless
