I like the Proud Family but I just found this episode to be nothing really special.

The reason why I watch this show is that it deals with some serious events in a teen's life with Looney Toons comedy but with down to earth answers.

I kinda understand feeling neglected by family memebers and friends (which Penny's did for the uptenth time!) but how Penny sloved her problem, by pouting, was a real disapiontment to me. The way I would prefer for this episode's ending would be that Penny would get things back to normal by doing all the lessons she learned throughout the season, which would tick off Al Roker enough to turn CeCe and Bebe back to babies.

But one thing I couldn't understand was Al Roker in this episode. He came back saying that he wants revenge or something but at the end he implies that he is an Angel while in his last appearnce he acted like the devil, making deals with those who don't consider the outcome.moreless
