Episode Summary

The One That Got Away
The pigs need cash. Something they simply can't get from the boss. The answer? Moonlight for Milton Midas, Dump some odd drums in the gorge, and all of your troubles are gone! That is, if the drums weren't to land in a river that empties into the forest's waterhole. But this is no ordinary waterhole. It is part of Cyril's new ad campaign, Bert and Cedric's fishing hole, as well as home to the largest cat fish in the area.moreless

  • QUOTES (4)

    • Bert: (to Bentley) Hey, I'm sorry for thinking you spilled the beans, little buddy.
Bentley: That's okay, Bert. I guess everyone tries to protect the things that they love.
Bert: I wish we'd done a better job, because when you think about it, this pond wasn't just ours. It belonged to everybody.

    • (Mr. Knox is outlining him and Cyril's environmentally friendly intentions, but some members of the press are leaving)
Bert: Hey, where are they all going?
Ralph: That's the trouble with the press Bert. Good news is no news.

    • Cyril: (About the fishing hole) It was a good place. At least we've got our memories.
Bentley: I don't. I never got the chance.
Cedric: Maybe not, Bentley. But feeling sorry about it won't change anything.
Bentley: You're right, Cedric. It's up to us. We've got to change things.

    • (Talking to Lisa about Bert, Cedric and his secret fishing hole)
Bentley: Lisa, I can't tell you where the secret fishing hole is. Cause it's a secret.
      Lisa: (Reading a book) Uh-ha.
Bentley: And everyone knows girls can't keep a secret.
Lisa: Oh absolutely true, Bentley. Absolutely true.
Bentley: Bet you'd love to know where it is, no?
      Lisa: Not really.
Bentley: Oh sure. I bet you're dying to know.
      Lisa: Nope.
Bentley: (Closes the tackle box) Girls! (Sees Bert and Cedric coming) Here come the only other two guys in the Universe who know where it is. Hi, guys. I'm all ready. Boy I can't wait to go to our secret fishing hole. (Bert and Cedric frown at him) Guys?
Cedric: The secret is not a secret anymore, Bentley. Somebody told.
Bentley: It wasn't me, guys. I'd never tell.
Lisa: He's been trying to tell me all day.
Bert: I knew it! I didn't tell and Cedric didn't tell and seeing that there were only three people in the Universe who know you must've told.
      Bentley: But I...
Bert: I saw you talking to the pigs in Mr. Willow's store yesterday and today Cyril's got a humongus picture of our fishing hole hanging from the ceiling. You just had to tell someone, didn't you? Huh? Come on, Cedric. Let's go!
      (Bert and Cedric leave)
      Bentley: But, Bert! I... I didn't!
