In all the other episodes, there is some deal of distance between the animals and the humans, and in the previous 3 specials it's actually hinted that the what's seen when it focuses on the animals isn't necessarily what happens. Yet, if you look at the hands when the people are clapping, there's clearly a human in the crowd or another aardvark.
Look carefully as Schaeffer and the Bear Pilot head towards the planet most of the special takes place on. Notice something about the land masses? They form Cyril's face (complete with an island that makes his cigar)
When the Raccoons gang is escaping through the secret tunnel in an aeroplane Ralph and Scheaffer are on the wings of the plane. In one shot Ralph is on the right and Schaeffer is on the left. When we cut away and cut back the two have swapped positions in mid flight.
The Raccoondominium appears much smaller from the outside then it does on the inside.
The raccoons christmas stockings have a little picture of each of their heads on them.
Ralph uses what looks a little like some sort of wrestling move on Cedric during the fight.
The Raccoons and Schaeffer huddle together and make a plan to stop Cyril. As the camera zooms out we hear Melissa say 'that's a good idea'. Having seen the rest of the episode I have to ask what was this 'good idea.' All they do is get Schaeffer and Ralph to rough Cyril and Cedric up a bit and warn them not to do it again.
Just before Cyril is stopped from cutting down trees Cedric informs him there are 2064 trees left standing in the Evergreen forest but he's already chopped down 37,591 and that this is over 1,218,453 two-by-fours.
There is a rifle above Ranger Dan's mantelpiece
We learn that Cedric went to an eastern college which is suggested to be expensive, and studied accounting.
Cyril goes over his lumber quota by 17.3 times.
Ralph has a poster of a Raccoon looking like Elvis (possibly the Raccoon equivalent).
The original Raccoondominium (though never referred to with this name) was nothing more than a normal tree.
Entire episode may be a dream sequence, yet the children see the Raccoons in what we perceive to be reality.
At 1:18 Tommy and Julie peer round the door listening to their father on the phone, but on the floor behind the door is a small figure of an Aardvark (one with humanoid appearance like Cyril and Cedric).
It is revealed that Cyril is not a Sneer by blood, because he was adopted as a child.
Lady Baden-Baden and Mr. Knox celebrate their wedding anniversary in this episode, which means at least a year has passed since the events of "Courting Disaster".
Ralph was established as being totally afraid of flying in Blast From the Past, but in this episode, he has no apparent problems with it.
Ingrid Bellamour (from "Cold Feet") can be seen at the environmental conference.
When Bert enters the bedroom and discovers Lisa and Donna smoking by the window, Lisa and Donna are drawn without their tails.
