Bill is shown inside the lodge for the first time since Not One Fish.
Possum Lodge Word Game:
Prize: A coupon for a large cannister of pure oxygen from Possum Lake's only oxygen bar To Air Is Human (Oxygen, your grandparents talked about it, now experience it first hand!)
Player: Dalton Humphries
South Dakota Public Broadcasting aired this episode on March 28th 2006, more than one week ahead of Canada's first airing. The network is one of several PBS stations to run all 15 years of The New Red Green Show.
Red: Why has it never been the perpetual motion machine? Because the great scientists said it couldn't be done. But then, they also said that a school bus can't be made amphibious and flightworthy. Okay, that was a lucky guess.
Red: (trying to get Dalton to say the Word Game word) Okay, Dalton, do you know what a climax is?
Dalton: (sighs) I used to.
Lodge members: (reciting revised Man's prayer) I'm a man. But I've changed. 'Cause I had to. Oh, well.
Red: (talking about show airing for fifteen years) I mean, we're useless and we're still here. We're like senators!
Red: Ya know, the creation of the perpetual motion machine has been the most baffling mystery the world's great scientists have ever faced but then they don't have to fill out their own taxes.
Harold: If this is a bowling show, you'd be like the head pin.
Red: Well, that would make you the pinhead, I'm thinking.
Graham Greene (Edgar Montrose) is seen at the lodge meeting but has no lines and is uncredited for this episode.
This is the show's 300th (regular) episode and series finale.
The Final Adventures With Bill features clips from, four past adventures.
