Harold finds an old photo of the Possum Lake area that seems to indicate there is treasure located in the lake. Before long, the lodge members are trying to figure out ways to get to the spot in question.
When the phone system goes down and looks to stay that way, Red and the lodge members use CB radios to communicate with each other. Before long, each member is broadcasting their own shows with varying degrees of success.
Upon hearing of a new transmission tower being erected in the area, Red comes up with the idea of using the tower as a vertical grandstand. To that end, he sells tickets for seating on it for an upcoming boat race.
"Women can bear children; Men can't."
Red & Harold need fathers for the banquet. On Handyman Corner, Red makes a girl's bedroom suite out of recycled tires. Bill's Adventure centers on a tire swing. Edgar Montrose demonstrates the use of dynamite for home renovations.

On Handyman Corner, Red makes an anti radar device. Bill demonstrates alternative modes of transportation. Hap recounts his Sport Whaling days. Harold impersonates Red at the driving test after Red loses his license.
