Comedy Sketch: "Crime Doesn't Pay Like It Used To" - With the help of dishonest San Fernando Red, janitor George Goodguy (Burr) has been elevated to the office of district attorney. Now Red wants to discredit his former protégé. Also appearing in this courtroom sketch is Julie Redding portraying a defendant named Fifi.

Silent Spot: Red plays a vaudeville magician who serves dinner to a young lady in a rooming house where the rules prohibit female visitors.
