Comedy sketch:
In "The Pie-Eyed Piper," Bolivar Shagnasty (Skelton) and Clancy the Cop (Ross) join forces with Willie Lump Lump's wife (Pat Carroll) to put an end to Willie's heavy drinking.
Music:
The Doodletown Pipers (featuring Teresa Graves) sing a medley of "Blowin' in the Wind," "Do You Want to Dance?" and "Dancing in the Street."
