Looking back, I've always wondered how the "Ren and Stimpy Show" was able to survive after firing the animation studio that originally made "Ren and Stimpy," but being reminded of Alan Young's classically trained performances has made me see the reason why "Ren and Stimpy" was able to survive. Classically trained actor Alan Young gave the show a new sense of credibility that it never had before he was hired to become a permanent part of the show. It could be said that Alan Young was the reason the "Ren and Stimpy Show" came back for seasons 4 and 5. Because of Alan Young's presence, the show was able to turn mediocre pieces of work and turned them into comedy gold. Alan Young is one of my favorite actors! :Dmoreless
