When Powdered Toastman becomes president; Mr. Horse, Stimpy, George Liquor, and Ewalt (from 'Out West') can all be seen in the audience.
When Powdered Toastman is seen as "Pastor Toast Man" he wears Almond-shaped glasses (a John K. trademark). At other times he wears Buddy Holly-type glasses.
In 'Powdered Toastman', Muddy Mudskipper has a moustache when there's a close up of him. But, that's the only time he has one!
Drill Seargent: Alright you two insects, gimme 20! (Stimpy drops and does 20 push-ups) Ren: As a rule I don't like to lend money... (reaches into his pocket for money) Eh, but you got an honest face. (the seargent grabs the money and is so angry the money catches on fire)
Ren: Stimpy, look what they did to my arm! (shows his throbbing shot) Stimpy: Yeah I got shots too. (sticks out his tongue that's throbbing)
(Ren reads from an eye test chart) Ren: This... will... hurt... you. (gulp)
Ren: Stimpy, I can't believe it we made it not only do we have these cool uniforms and the swell tank, we're also proud members of an elite fighting force.
Announcer: Who is this stranger from another land? Why does he walk among mortal men? What is his mission? Where can we get a pair of undershorts like his? Who is this man of toast? And what does he want from us? What is his dark secret? (Powdered Toastman becomes annoyed) Powdered Toastman: (angry) Shut up! If you ask me one more stupid question, I'll tear your skin off!
Stimpy: Hey, how come your'e not crying? Ren: I cheated, I held my breath. Boy Stimpy you're such a knucklehead. Listen you moron... I'm smart, you're stupid. I know how to get around that big dopey Sarge. Stick with me kid, I know where I'm going in life. (the Seargent sticks a tank cannon in Ren's face)
Powdered Toast Man: (being sworn in as President) I, Powdered Toast Man, do solemnly swear to relieve the American citizens of their basic human rights.
(Powdered Toast Man comes to a treehouse for an emergency) Powdered Toast Man: Hello fellas! What seems to be the trouble? Ren and Stimpy: We're all out of powdered toast! Powdered Toast Man: (laughs) Leave everything to me! (PTM resupplies thier powdered toast for them, then flies off. Ren and Stimpy take a bite out of thier new powdered toast and it doesn't taste right to them. PTM flies back to thier house) Powdered Toast Man: I'm sorry fellas! I completly forgot! (PTM bends down and farts on thier powdered toast, then flies off again. Ren and Stimpy try the powdered toast again and this time it tastes right!)
Pope: (flying with Powdered Toast Man) Can't hold on! Wind intensity too strong! Powdered Toast Man: Quick, man! grab tenaciously to my buttocks! Pope: Both of them?
Ren: Hey, Guido! It's all so clear to me now... I'm the Keeper of the Cheese. And you're the Lemon Merchant! Ya get it? And he knows it. That's why he's gonna kill us! So we gotta beat it, yeah, before he sets the marmosets on us! Don't worry, little missy! I'll save you!
Stimpy: Gee, Ren! I think the sarge likes you best, 'cause he gave you the most potatoes to peel! Stimpy: Happy, Happy, Happy. Peel, Peel, Peel. Ren: It's all so clear to me now! I'm the keeper of the cheese and your the lemon murchant! Get it? And he knows it 'cause he's gonna kill us! So we gotta beat it before he lets loose the marmosets! Don't worry little missy! I'll save you!
The episode 'In The Army' was the first episode done mostly by Bob Camp. John Kricfalusi's only role was the voice of Ren.
When the episode 'In The Army' was first aired on TNN, the scenes where Ren and Stimpy get a haircut and get their shot were cut.
The original version of 'Powdered Toastman' had a scene where Powdered Toastman saved the Pope. When it reran again (with the scene of Powdered Toastman burning the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights cut), Powdered Toastman referred to the Pope as "the little man in the funny hat".
One infamous scene which was cut from 'Powdered Toastman' was when Powdered Toastman is running for president he burns the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights to keep warm.
'In the Army' is a parody of the Abbott and Costello movie Buck Privates.
The whole joke behind having Powdered Toastman have two idenities is a reference to Superman.
