The Richard Bey Show

Show Summary

In the days before the Jerry Springer Show, there was The Richard Bey Show. Shot in Secaucus, New Jesey, The Richard Bey Show brought the trials and tribulations of the masses to the masses. The show was part talk, part variety, part sketch comedy, part fear factor, and all fun. Infused with the humor and musings of the individual show producers and Executive Producers, as well as Mr. Bey's penchant for finding good natured fun within the maelstrom swirling in front of him, the show was a main-stay of syndicated talk for several years. The show really made a mark by providing guests with Dating Game style hook-ups (Drag Queens, Dominatrix's, and the like) strapping guests to the "Wheel of Torture" so they might atone for hurting their mate, or forcing guests to drink bizarre blender beverages for bucks.
