Goof: In the shootout between Lucas, Micah, and the bad guys, the light in the hotel, where Lucas was, would be shown in various scenes as off or on. When you saw it from the inside with Lucas, the light was on, but when you saw it from the outside looking in, the light was off.
Goof: When Bantry leaves the North Fork saloon, the left side of his mustache has come loose.
The character Robert Gray is miscredited as "Robert Gay" in the end credits.
When talking about a birthday party that he is going to, Mark mentions some new stuff that will be at the party, ice cream. The first U.S. patent for a small hand crank ice cream machine was in 1843 in Philadelphia.
When Bert shoots at the escaping Rudy, his gun is pointed far off to the left of Rudy. Somehow Bert still hits him.
In the scene at the waterhole where Lucas runs, he uses a large rock to leap at the gunman on the horse. But as the horse walks away, its foot hits the large rock, which slides on the ground. The way that it slides, shows that it is a fake rock, a TV prop for the scene.
