Ya your right! I loved the original ropers better than the newer ones. I like Audrey Lidney (I tried witht the spelling) and Norman Fell.

I love the Roper's.  I loved them when I they were on Three's Company, and I loved them on their own show, even though I only saw one episode of The Roper's.  Still with only watching one episode I love the show, and I hope they put it out on DVD.  The Roper's Rock!!!!!!!!

The Ropers was a trite dull series about a couple of dried husks with all the life of corpse.  Only Threes a Crowd was worse.  Threes Company was ok, but looking back on it, it hasnt aged well at all.   If they gathered up all the copies, put them on a rocket and launched them into the Sun, I wouldnt care.
