      • The "Osprey" VTOL jet the bad guys are attempting to steal is clearly a Harrier. The only "fact" given about the Osprey that is not true of the Harrier is that it is supersonic - the Harrier is not capable of faster-than-sound flight. It appears that whilst they were prepared to lend out stock footage, the RAF weren't happy to let the film crews near a Harrier so during the re-fuelling scenes the bits of aircraft you can see are bits of English Electric Lightning. The Harrier was only just entering service when this was filmed, the Lightning had been around for some years. Edit
