The scene with the black man (who later turns out to be God) asking for Sarah's cell phone number was supposed to be from the first episode. But because the producers felt the episode was a little "too much" they moved it to the end of the season. Therefore, his appearance as a former lover is out of sequence.
When Heather is singing the "Poop Song" with Sarah while she's in the tub, when she turns her head to look at Sarah you can see the tube top that's covering her chest.
When Sarah speaks to the class, there's writing on the chalkboard that says "Rhet Bear go to Health Office". Rhet Bear is the Director of Photography for The Sarah Silverman Program.
Brian Posehn is seen wearing a Titannica shirt in this episode. This is a reference to the Mr. Show with Bob and David episode "The Return of the Curse of the Creature's Ghost," where Brian appears in a sketch about the fictional band. He and Jay Johnston were co-writers of that episode, and Sarah Silverman appeared with them in the episode.
The video game that Steve is playing in this episode is Mortal Kombat:Shaolin Monks. This is one of the many popular games from the fighting franchise Mortal Kombat developed by Midway.
