I really am not buying the fact that Ricky is Valedictorian, I wish we had some sort of build up to this, I mean they never even show these kids in a classroom setting and there we're supposed to believe that Ricky is at the top of the class? The Adrian & Ricky scene was pretty ridiculous, and it's pretty easy to predict what will happen in the mid-finale because of this.
The Grace & Jack scenes were quite refreshing and I am positive these two will be back together before this season ends. Jack doing the prayer didn't make much sense either but I decided just to go along with this one. The Lauren & Madison scenes were fair at best, I like the fact that at least some sort of exciting event is going on, but did Jesse have to be the one hosting the party? Adrian is getting pretty annoying and the Ben, Henry, and Alice scenes were quite pointless. Overall, this was a fine penultimate mid-finale episode all things considered.moreless
A marriage is on the rocks. The wife is going to college and files for divorce -- and it's not Adrian. The seniors prepare for graduation, and the valedictorian is announced -- much to his dismay.
