Show Summary

The Sextet is a 1972 weekly British drama that ran for one season and consisted of eight episodes. The show focused on sex and sexual themes. Each episode the same cast appeared, but dealt with a different sexual theme each week. Together the cast would discuss important aspects of each theme. Actors who appeared on the series include Denholm Elliott, Billie Whitelaw, Richard Vernon, Dennis Waterman, Michele Dotrice and Ruth Donning. In 1973, Whitelaw received a BAFTA Award for her participation in the television series.
