The strike team reunites. I thought Shane reached the point of no return this season, looks like I was wrong...even Lem seem smooth with him now. But that`s not a bad thing. The face of Vic when he learns that Corrine is with Dutch is priceless. LMAO! Am happy this relationship is coming to an end....wouldn`t work for me. Aceveda is turning good again. I mean, he was literally becoming creepy with all these rape scenes.
O knew Army would end up screwing things. He always appeared weak to me. ;) I happy he is not part of the strike team.moreless

Vic finally finds out about Dutch and Corinne. What kinda detective is this guy, anyway? In a scene that rings with authentic dialog and dynamics, Corrine tells Vic, who predictably does a slow burn while warning her that Dutch may be dating her to get back at him. Watch for the long-awaited confrontation between Vic and Dutch later in the episode. It is classic Mackey, playfully menacing like a grizzly toying with a hapless fawn before dispatching it with a swipe of its giant paw. You almost feel sorry for Dutch. Almost. Believe this, Mackey is gonna get him for this- and I can't wait. As it ends up, Vic plants enough doubt in Corinne's mind to spur her to break it off.

Billings witnesses a gang-related shooting, but is afraid to intervene, so he keeps it to himself. At least until Claudette and Dutch figure it out, so he asks them to keep his name out of the investigation to save face. The Strike Team close in on the cop killer and find an unexpected connection with the Russian mob. Shane takes the polygraph test, but Army breaks camp and refuses, hastening his exit from the Team. So, in a moment made to induce misty eyes, the original Team re-bonds...and sets out to kick some long-overdue a$$.moreless

    • Vic: (to Halpern) White smoke comin' out of Antwon's cell, man. Means he's anointing (someone other than you) as his new pope of dope. Vic is referring to the Vatican's process of signifying the election of a new pope by emitting white smoke from a chimney atop the Vatican. Edit
    • Vic: I want (my car) to smell like rich Corinthian leather, not an ashtray. Vic was referring to actor Ricardo Montalban's much-parodied 1970's commercials for the Chrysler Cordoba. Edit
