  • One of the great things about The Shield is that what seem like minor plot points set up earlier in the series crop up from time to time, making for complex storylines. This is one of those eps where a perfect storm of errors results in a real nail-biter.moreless

Vic screws up royally- a rare occurence, to be sure, but this is a biggie: Garza rips off the money he borrowed from the heist stash without consulting the Team. So now he has the money AND the guns, and Vic has to get the cash back without being exposed. This brings about more tension between Mackey and Shane, who are still beefing about Shane buying the car for Mara (sidebar: DAYUM, that girl is HAWT!!)Dutch continues his dogged pursuit of the guns from his own end, while Claudette works out her frustration with having to wait another 6 months for the Captain position.

Another excellent episode- you know what, I think I have lost all objectivity at this point... I am officially in love with this show, so an episode will really have to stink for me to give a bad review. Back to the DVD player...moreless

Loved it, Vic gets made to look like a fool here. The whole thing with the Biz Laps and Garza backfire on him. As usual Vic wants all the money and guns in a deal but Garza and his gang get the upper hand on him. Dutch and Claudette grab a guy, Esteban, who seems to have wanted control of the gang. It seems that his buddies were gunned down and he was the only witness. Dutch manages to find out more to the story but still isn't quite able to figure out who really is behind the stolen money, Vic and his gang. However, it was great to see the heat pulled on Vic. He had to dump money in the ocean since spending a lot of money would only bring more toward him. Aceveda and Claudette clash over the fact that he's still Captain but in the end they make an agreement to bring in a decoy squad to work with Vic and his nasty friends.moreless
