I've got an idea everybody.. Let's pick the biggest star on the show and try to sound smart by saying he was in a movie that pretty much everybody knows he's in.

    LOL

I'll quote what one of my kindergarteners said yesterday:

"If you would just be quiet then nobody would be annoyed with you."

I was crackin up...it's such a nice way of saying "SHUT THE HELL UP!"

Benito "Aceveda" Martinez had a bit part in an episode of "Firefly" as a villain who attempted to kill the entire crew by frying their ship. First time I saw him I thought, "Crap, he was going to be a recurring villian?" Then he got sucked out a window into space without a suit on.

Even if I have never seen it and might never watch it, I already like it.

I rented it from Netflix and watched the first episode.
The acting was pretty bad (it kind of seemed like they all thought they were making a B movie or something). I didn't watch anymore... but I just wasn't in the mood for it at the time.

I will eventually watch it all, but they did a poor job of getting my attention with the pilot.

I think they thouhgt they were making a B movie, but I watched episodes 3 and 4 or something like that and they really rocked. I need to watch the rest of them as well as the movie.

I popped in Clear and Present Danger last night, and I *think* that the guy who plays Terry was the one driving the Coast Guard boat and the one who said "you better bring the camera over here" It looked like him and sounded like him too, but there wasn't ever a clear shot, and I didn't finish the movie yet, so I can't check the credits.

I don't remember but it's possible. Reed Diamond's been in a lot of stuff. He's one of my fav actors.

I am sure it has already been mentioned, but the actress that plays Tina is also in the movie Clockstoppers as well as Man of the House.

I mentioned her being in "Man of the House" before but I think I actually called it "Cheer Up" because that was what it was originally supposed to be called so that's my bad. I don't think anybody mentioned the other one though. Hell.. I don't think I've ever even heard of "Clockstoppers".

How is The Unit by the way? If it's even just half good as The Shield I might try to catch some episodes...

I haven't had a chance to watch it yet... I have like 10 chapters to go through tonight for a huge test that covers this quarter tomorrow. Haven't even watched tonights Shield episode yet. From what I saw... it looks like a much more "mainstream" and polished show. Neat little techno intro song, etc.

Yeah.. I watched The Unit last night as well, and in all honesty I gotta say that I thought it was absolutely HORRIBLE. The acting was terrible, the story sucked and it was so damn boring that the entire time I was watching it all I could think about was how badly I wanted to change the channel. I don't know how I made it through the entire hour. Shame on you Shawn Ryan.. what the hell were you thinking?

I don't know what's Shawn Ryan's level of involvement in that one... He's credited as a producer, but is he also a writer??? The other thing is that since it's airing on CBS I don't think he can push the envelope like he did with The Shield on FX...

Anyway I liked that guy Dennis Haysbert in 24, but I don't know any of the other actors... I guess I'll just try to catch an episode to see it for myself...

Good luck with your test Doc

Well whatever his involvement was, any involvement in that crap is too much involvement. I wouldn't even walk across the street to take a dump on that show.
