Episode Description

Homer is diagnosed with clogged arteries and needs a triple bypass heart surgery. But the $40,000 price tag on the operation forces Homer to turn to Dr. Nick as a cheap alternative.

Very funny episode. I like it even better with the alternate ending where Marge says, "Where'd he get that?" lol.

I think it was..

I remember everytime a pair of scissors appeared on screen I pushed a button and it played a deleted scene.

I think it was..

That was a bonus feature on the set, but the scissors thing didn't start until the season five or six set.

a very funny episode with a great story line. i would give it a 5/5 but it's not the best episode. but its up there

My favorite moments were when they showed a Springfield edition of "Cops" and when Mr. Burns was yelling at Homer and it showed the heart.

best of season 4, great humor, great story, a little bit of heart, ans I love the burns yelling while his heart is beating and stuff. puts "homer simpson in kidney trouble" to shame.

Ha! This was a good episode! I liked when homer was going to sleep with the "sleepy gass" and DR.Nick said "What the Hell is that?"

This episode is my favorite of the entire series. I love it every time I watch it and I'm constantly quoting it in my everyday life. It's a really great episode. 5/5
