In $pringfield, the city is losing money, so at a town meeting, Skinner bring up the idea of legalizing gambling. Everyone agrees with it, so Mr. Burns opens one on the Squidport. When Bart gets kicked out of one, he decides to build his own in his treehouse, where all the kids are going. Marge tries a slot machine once, but gets addicted to it and doesn't stop, while Lisa has to make a suit of Florida for the geography pageant.

Unfortunately, Marge is still playing, so Homer has to help her and the costume ain't pretty. Meanwhile, Mr. Burns hasn't been getting any sleep, stops trimming his nails, doesn't shave, and uses Kleenex boxes for shoes. He also becomes paranoid of germs.

This episode was a very good one. I liked the joke of Bart building his casino and Robert Goulet falling for it. The casino was cool-looking, but the Mr. Burns/mermaid thing was disgusting. Homer spitting out everything at once while talking was funny and him being scared of the boogeyman was hilarious. If they made another episode this funny, I'd be so happy.
